A Good Old-Fashioned FrolicDecember 14, 2011

Since none of my days have been like the other after launching this big, juicy adventure known as Fitbliss Organics, I get in wherever I can fit in with my exercise. Although yoga is my first love, breaking out into fits of spontaneous dance or non-sensical movement in open spaces runs a close second. After discovering this field in the midst of a busy week, I knew I had to take advantage of the moment of magic…

Ho-down? Irish dance? Who cares?

I love it!! I can totally relate to that.  As a single mom who works two jobs and has a small private massage and Reiki practice, I can’t always make it to my Bikram classes as often as I like.  On those days, I crank up the music and dance around house. It feels so good. So free. So invigorating.  My tween daughter hates it though. She begs “Mom, please stop breaking it down!” LOL

Dude, most of the workout entries in my personal food and fitness log are something along the lines of “45 minutes spontaneous living room dancing.” :-)

That’s what it’s called!  I forgot the name of that huge hit performance from forever ago:)

HA!  I get that look all the time from my stepdaughter!!

I think that should be the official name of such an act.  Nothing depicts it more accurately!
